Visit to Local Cemetery

This cemetery is about a mile and a half from our house and it's filled Walker family members. We were told by Mrs. Trapp, a local artist and historian, that one of the Walker men buried his arm in a plot that he planned to use when he died and he even marked it with a grave stone. Unfortunately, by the time he got around to dying, another relative had used the spot! So part of him is buried in one plot...and the rest in another! We hunted all over that cemetery when we got home but couldn't find the marker she mentioned. However, we did find some unusual grave stone markers. Nothing like a cemetery for local history..I always say!

I think these photos are great. The cemetery is such an interesting subject and so thought provoking. The composition is really nice especially in the third one.
